A bottle of The Arran Orkney Bere Barley. This is made from Bere barley, the oldest cultivated barley strain used in Scotland, as a collaboration with the Agronomy Institute of Orkney College. This was distilled in 2004, matured in American oak barrels, and bottled at cask strength in 2012.
