A bottle of Parker's 27 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Old Heaven Hill Springs Distillery. This whiskey for this 2nd edition was put into cask in 1981 and were matured on the lower floors of one of Parker's favourite rickhouses. This bottle is the 2nd edition from the Heritage Collection and was released in 2008.
