Description

An Art Nouveau style Absinthe Fountain, traditionally used to drip ice-cold water into a glass of absinthe, these were very popular during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

This item has a handmade glass bowl which can hold around two litres of water.

Four taps allow a group to drip the desired amount of water into each glass independently.

The base, figure, taps and lid appear to be made from silver-coloured brass.

Approximately 60cm tall. The base is 15cm in diameter and the taps span 27cm at their widest point.
