To mark Earth Day on 22 April 2021, Place of the Way challenged 16 of the world’s best bartenders to create a selection of wildlife-inspired cocktails. Each cocktail represents one of the world’s most endangered animals and all proceeds will go to the World Wildlife Fund, a leading conservation organisation with a mission to create a world where people and wildlife can thrive together.

Description

A bottle of Jaguar, a cocktail made with melon liqueur, pineapple syrup, Malibu coconut rum, water, citric acid and CO2.

London Cocktail Club's Cressida Lawlor had this to say of her creation:

'It’s a drink that you’ll want to drink fast, much like the fast rate in which the Jaguar population is decreasing.

With their highest concentration being in Brazil, the ingredients are that of a favourite modern day classic, but also all fruit that is natural to their climate using the flavours of pineapple, coconut and the fresh cantaloupe melon mixed with an acid that is of the same flavour profile as infamous bullet ant to create this fantastic cocktail.'
