Elvis Birbalas had this to say of his creation:

'Penguins are among the kind animals of the ice kingdom which are dramatically affected by the global increase in temperature.

When making 'Last Frost', I aimed to capture the sensation of freezing-cold temperatures and transfer it into taste format, in the hope of highlighting the importance of environmental temperatures.

To do that, I have used a variety of herbal ingredients to enhance a sensation of freshness within the drink, as well as including Electric Bitters. These are made from the infusion of buzz buttons, for a unique numbing sensation when consumed, almost like having a mouthful of snow.

When all the ingredients are combined, you get a truly unique sensation which only grows as you continue to sip. For best results, leave the bottle in the freezer for half an hour, pour into your cocktail glass and sip it just as slowly as you would a martini.'

Gin, manzanilla sherry, green Chartreuse, La Mentheuse, absinthe, Electric bitters, Merlet Crème de Poire, water, sugar, salt, acids (citric, malic, tartaric, ascorbic), MSK performance blue dye.
