COVID-19 Update


We know that on top of the pressures to take care of yourselves and your families, many of you are facing the hardest of times on a professional level. We are writing to assure you that we are standing shoulder to shoulder with you in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please know that you are not alone, and that we will do everything we can to help the spirits community in the coming weeks and months.

We appreciate your continued support, and hope that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy in the weeks and months to come.

We want to reassure you about the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We have introduced a variety of measures across our business, in line with WHO and UK government guidance to protect public health and you, our customers.

We will continue to update you with any changes.

We are now allowing contactless collection and delivery from our London office. We have put procedures in place to keep you and our team safe during collection and delivery. Please contact us to make an appointment.

UK orders

At present we are continuing to operate a full service to our UK customers and are shipping parcels out within our standard timeframes. However due to an increase in people shopping online the estimated delivery times may be longer than usual at the moment. If you prefer to collect an order or are in a location we can’t deliver to, don’t worry, your order will remain safely stored with us at no extra charge until you are cleared to come and collect.

International orders

We are still accepting bids from all the countries we usually deliver to. However due to global restrictions on movement, shipping may take a few days longer than normal. We remain dedicated to ensuring your order is with you as quickly as possible and thank you for bearing with us during this period.

How you receive your delivery

No matter which region you are in, the couriers we use are all taking WHO-mandated precautions to protect their staff and the recipients of their parcels.

Our London Office

Our London office is currently closed to the public. We have been preparing over the last few weeks and our staff are now busy working remotely. Don’t worry, we can be contacted in the usual ways by phone on +44(0)020 8838 9381 or email [email protected] . Our staff had already increased cleaning within the office and are practicing increased hygiene in line with WHO guidelines.

We are closely monitoring government and WHO advice and will provide further updates as things develop.
