Description

A 50cl bottle of Midleton Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. This was made by master blender Billy Leighton using whiskey matured in four American ex-bourbon barrels: one second-fill barrel from 1995, one second-fill barrel from 2003, and two first-fill barrels from 2003.

This was bottled for The Irish Whiskey Academy, the training facility located in County Cork on the grounds of the Old and New Midleton Distilleries.
