Description

A bottle of Macallan 1841 Replica Malt Whisky of Speyside, the third release in the Replica series. This bottle has been faithfully recreated from an original bottling of 1841 Macallan by Priest & Davidson, owners of the distillery between 1847 and 1851.

The Replica series is somewhat controversial as the collection on which the replicas are based was revealed to contain a large number of false bottles. Whatever the provenance of the original bottles, this modern bottling was given 95 points by the late whisky writer Michael Jackson.

This Macallan 1841 Replica sold at our online auction for £310
