Description

This lot contains 12 half-bottles of 2003 Château Doisy-Daëne from the sub appellation of Barsac in Sauternes.

Doisy-Daëne has 18.2 hectares under vine, much of which underwent extensive replanting in the 1950s and 1960s. It is now planted to 86% Sémillon and 14% Sauvignon Blanc.

This lot comes from the temperature-controlled cellar of media businessman and wine enthusiast Lord Evgeny Lebedev, where they have been kept since purchase direct from UK importers.
