A litre bottle of Inver House Green Plaid Rare Scotch Whisky. This was bottled for the US market, we estimate in the 1980s.
Plaid is the name of the material used to make a traditional kilt. Legend has it that Somerled, a 12th century Viking warrior who was the first Lord of the Isles, had a green one.
