A bottle of Caol Ila 12 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This was distilled on 4 May 1989, matured in a refill sherry butt and bottled on 27 August 2001 by Signatory Vintage for the The Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

This is bottle 480 of 829; it was bottled from cask number 2554.
