A bottle of Waterford Single Farm Origin Irish Single Malt Whisky, Ballykilcavan Edition 1.1. The barley for this whisky was grown in Ballykilcavan by David Walsh-Kemmis and harvested on 17 August 2015. This was distilled in the 8th week of 2016, matured for 3 years 11 months 18 Days and bottled in June 2020 at 50% ABV.
