A 5cl miniature bottle of Peller Estates 2015 Vidal Ice Wine bottled as a part of Andrew Peller Signature Series.

Ice wine (or Eiswein in German) is a type of dessert wine produced from grapes that have been frozen while left to ripen for an extended period on the vine. The sugars do not freeze, but the water does, allowing for fermentation of more concentrated grape must and resulting in intensely sweet wine.
