Description

A wooden case of six bottles of 2013 Barolo Riserva Bussia Vigna Colonnello from Piedmont producer Prunotto. The Nebbiolo grapes used in this wine were harvested from a single 2.5 hectare site.

These bottles arrived in our warehouse in the original wooden box, which was opened for inspection on arrival.

Barolo Bussia DOCG is grown in an amphitheatre-shaped vineyard with a south westerly exposure in the Bussia Monforte d’Alba area of Barolo, and was produced for the first time at Prunotto as a single vineyard wine in 1961. This is traditionally aged in large oak barrels.
