This lot contains six bottles of Filetta Di Lamole Chianti Classico 2017 from Fontodi.

Winemaker Giovanni Manetti regards the high altitude (620 metres above sea level) Lamole vineyard, planted in the 1920s, as one of the most distinctive zones in Chianti, with sandy soils, cool nights and an extended growing season making for scented, elegant, Pinot Noir-like wines. This was matured in large oak, rather than barriques as used with Fontodi's other wines.
