'The NV Extra Brut V.P. Vieillisement Prolongé is a blend of fruit from vineyards in Bouzy, Ambonnay and Verzenay, all Grand Cru villages. Extended time on the lees of 84 months gives the V.P. its depth, texture and resonance. Ample and inviting on the palate, with tremendous richness, the V.P. is just sublime. Red cherry, kirsch, chamomile, mint, apricot, honey and dried flowers all open up in a beautifully resonant Champagne that hits all the right notes.
