Description

A 50cl bottle of 1996 late harvest Riesling from Domaine Schoffit's Grand Cru Rangen de Thann vineyard.

Rangen de Thann is a ferociously steep vineyard of volcanic soil, much of which was abandoned due to the difficulty of tending the vines until Bernard Schoffit began acquiring land in 1986. He now has 6.5 hectares under vine.
