Black Head Auction

Description

A bottle of Black Head Rum, Kingston, Jamaica. This was produced by W S Wood & Co. for French importer Cazenove. This comes in a dark green glass bottle wrapped in straw, with a metal capsule. The paper wrapping states that the bottle has a 'glass stopper'.

We estimate this was bottled in the early 20th century.

There is no size or ABV stated on the label, but this appears to be a 50cl bottle.

The fill level is to approximately 2.5cm above the top of the label.
