A bottle of 38 Year Old Demerara Rum from Guyana, distilled on the banks of the Demerara river in 1975 and matured in white oak casks before bottling by Speciality Drinks as part of the Savoy Rum Collection.

This bottling revives a decades-old tradition of spirits being bottled exclusively for the Savoy's world-famous bar. Every bottle is hand-numbered and presented in a lacquer box.

This is bottle number 11 of 32.
