A bottle of Optimism Malt Scotch Whisky. This was matured in a combination of American and French oak casks and was bottled by Compass Box on 27 and 28 February 2009 for Whisky Live London 'as a hopeful antidote to the global economic malaise' of the time.

This is bottle number 39. Compass Box bottled 163 bottles on site at the 2009 London Whisky Live Festival.
