This bottle was donated by Brian Morrison, son of Stanley P Morrison, for the Distillers’ Livery Emergency Appeal in support of The Drinks Trust.

Description

A bottle of Bowmore 1963 Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This whisky was distilled in 1963, the same year that Stanley P Morrison purchased the Sherriff's Bowmore Distillery. It was matured in selected oak casks in the distillery's vaults and bottled at 50% ABV to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Morrison ownership.
