Description

A bottle of Sheep Dip whisky produced by Spencerfield Spirit Co. Ltd. This was distilled in Scotland in 1999 and matured for three years in bourbon barrels. It was then shipped to Sanchez Romate in Jerez who racked the whisky into oloroso sherry butts for a further nine years of maturation. From there it was shipped back to Scotland and bottled in March 2012.
