A 37.5cl bottle of 2016 Summerhill Pyramid Winery Small Lot Icewine, made from Merlot grapes grown at Sitrus Hill Vineyard in Canada's Okanagan Valley. The grapes were harvested and pressed on the 16 December, when the temperature was -10°C.
