Description

The 9th edition of Ki Noh Bi Kyoto Dry Gin from Japan. This gin is made by distilling 11 botanicals in six flavour categories. The spirit was then aged in a sherry butt previously used to mature Karuizawa single malt whisky and bottled at 48% ABV in April 2019 for London's Sexy Fish restaurant.

The label continues the tradition of Number One Drinks Company bottling a series of Karuizawa single casks in collaboration with the Kamiasobi Noh Troupe.
