A bottle of Rutte Old Simon Genever from the Netherlands, distilled from grain with 14 botanicals as well as hazel and walnut.

This bottle is from Batch 2 and was bottled in 2016.

Genever, also known as Jenever and Genièvre, is a juniper flavoured spirit that has been produced in the Netherlands and Belgium since the 16th century. It is the precursor to Gin.
