Description

This lot contains six bottles of 2016 Fleurie La Madone from Beaujolais producer Jean-Claude Chanudet.

La Madone is the most famous vineyard plot in Fleurie, and at 430m it is the highest of the appellation, planted on pale pink decomposed granite soils, over a granite bedrock. Jean-Claude was one of the forefathers of the movement towards better viticulture and lower use of sulphur in the region.
