A bottle of Plantation 16 Year Old rum. This was distilled in 2001 and matured for 13.5 years in a bourbon cask in Fiji. From there it was transferred to a Cognac cask in France for an additional 2.5 years maturation before bottling at 61.1% ABV on 8 September 2017 by Maison Ferrand.
