This bottle was donated by the Capreolus Distillery for the COVID-19 Charity Auction in aid of The Drinks Trust to support drinks industry employees.

Description

A 37.5cl bottle of Raspberry Eau De Vie, produced by hand in England at the Capreolus Distillery in 2018. Around 30kg of raspberries are slowly fermented and double distilled to produce each litre of eau-de-vie.

This is bottle number 1 of 87.
