Description

A bottle of Penfolds 2007 Grange Bin 95, a blend of 98% Shiraz and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested from a drought vintage with only around a third of the typical rainfall, resulting in a powerful, long-lived wine. This was matured in Penfolds' cellars at Nuriootpa in the Barossa Valley for 21 months in new American oak hogsheads.
