Description

A bottle of Whyte and Mackay 500th Anniversary Blend Scotch Whisky. This blend of 20 to 25 year old whiskies was matured in Spanish oloroso sherry casks and blended together in 1993. It was released in 1994 to commemorate 500 years of Scotch whisky and the 25th anniversary of The International Wine & Spirits Competition.

The earliest known records of whisky production date from 1494.
