A bottle of Antinori Riserva 1941 Vino Santo Rosso, an Italian sweet wine made from grapes left to dry out over many months on mats in a process known as 'passito'.
The tradition of Vin Santo is an old one and there are several theories as to how it came to be named as Holy Wine. One theory holds is that it relates to the timing of the fermentation of Vin Santo grapes around Easter.
