A bottle of Merlet Sélection Saint-Sauvant Cognac. This is Assemblage No.2, a blend containing: extra old blend (12%), Petite Champagne 10 years old (30.4%), Grande Champagne 10 years old (10.2), Fins Bois 2001 (10.7%), Petite Champagne 1993 (10.2%), Fin Bois 1992 (10.1%), Borderies 1984 (4%), Petite Champagne 1971-1973 blended (8%) and Fin Bois 1948 (4.3%). This Cognac was bottled at 44.3% ABV in 2016.
