A bottle of The Balvenie 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, the first release in the Craftsman's Reserve series which celebrates the traditional crafts of whisky making. This was distilled in 1996, matured in two European sherry oak casks and bottled at cask strength.

This edition honours the Cooper and comes with an A2 poster showing an exploded view of a cask.

The Balvenie distillery was founded in 1889 by whisky pioneer William Grant and it has been in the same family for five generations. Today it is one of the few family owned distilleries in Scotland. The distillery uses local barley where possible and still maintains its own malting floor.
