Description

A bottle of The Balvenie 12 Year Old Single Barrel First Fill, matured in first-fill bourbon casks and each bottle is part of a batch that is at most 300 bottles, all taken from the same cask.

This is bottle number 120 of 300 from cask number 12742.

The Balvenie distillery was founded in 1889 by whisky pioneer William Grant, and has been in the same family for five generations. Today, it is one of the few family-owned distilleries in Scotland, producing whisky in a traditional style; using local barley where possible, and still maintaining their own malting floor.
