A bottle of 2007 Pommard Les Pèzerolles Bouchard Père & Fils, Premier Cru.

Pommard is regarded as the most robust, structured red wine appellation in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune. Les Pézerolles, however, is a premier cru at the northern end of the appellation, and is known for its delicate bouquet and character, similar to the 'feminine' wines of neighbouring Volnay.
