A miniature bottle of Veteran Special Scotch Whisky, produced and bottled by Train & McIntyre Ltd. We estimate this was bottled in the 1920s to 1930s.

Please note, there is no size or ABV stated on the label.

This bottle is from a large collection of miniatures purchased by the seller at an auction in 1979. The collection is mainly comprised of blended Scotch whiskies and single malts bottled in the first half of the 20th century.

Train & McIntyre went on to become the proprietor of Glenlochy distillery between 1937 and 1953, when the company became part of Distillers Company Limited.
