A bottle of Aberlour 19 Year Old Speyside Malt Whisky, distilled on 27 September 1974. This was bottled by Direct Wines Limited from a single cask for the First Cask series and was available exclusively to First Cask Circle Members.

This is bottle number 0062 from cask number 11020.

Aberlour distillery was founded in 1879 by James Fleming. It is located at the confluence of the rivers Spey and Lour and its water source is St Drostan's Well. When journalist and distilling historian Alfred Barnard visited the distillery in the 1880s he described it as 'the perfect modern distillery'. Today, Aberlour is owned by Chivas Brothers.
