A bottle of Château Belair 1983, a 1er Grand Cru classé wine, from the Saint-Emilion appellation. The estate is planted with 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, and produces around 48,000 bottle a year.
Wine author Stephen Brook describes Belair as 'a wine of the old school'.

This case was sealed on arrival at our offices. We opened it for the first time to inspect the contents.
