Description

A bottle of Caroni 18 Year Old Trinidad rum. This was distilled in June 1998, matured for 12 years in the tropics and for six years in England and bottled in June 2016 by Rum Nation.

This is one of 5836 bottles.

Rum Nation was founded in 1999 by Fabio Rossi, chairman of independent whisky bottler Wilson & Morgan. Whilst sampling some whisky casks in Scotland, Fabio came across some old barrels of British Guyana and Jamaican rum which sparked the idea for Rum Nation, a range showcasing the best rums of the Caribbean with an emphasis on regional style.
