Description

A bottle of Foursquare 12 Year Old Navy Strength rum from Barbados. This was distilled in November 2005, matured in a single cask and bottled at 57% ABV in May 2018. This was selected by Andrea Giannone and Giuseppe Gervasio Dolce for the Milano Rum Festival.

This is bottle number 26 of 318.

RL Seale & Company, the founder of Foursquare distillery, was established in 1920 in Barbados. Today the company and distillery are still under family ownership. Foursquare is known for its experimentation, using both pot and column stills for distillation, and a variety of cask types, including sherry, port, Madeira and Zinfandel, for maturation.
