Description

A bottle of Foursquare Patrimonio 14 Year Old Single Blended rum from Barbados, a collaboration between Luca Gargano and Richard Seale. This rum was distilled in 2004, fully matured in the tropics and bottled at barrel proof in February 2019.

The rum was distilled in a double retort copper pot still and the traditional twin column Coffey still and blended before filling to cask. The blend contains single matured rums (aged in ex-bourbon casks) and double matured rums (aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks) matured for a total of 14 years.
