Description

A bottle of Inniskillin 2007 Icewine Vidal, a Canadian sweet white wine. This was imported to California by Icon Estates.

This was harvested at the pinnacle of Canada's crisp winter, the grapes are naturally frozen on the vine and picked when the temperature drops to -10°C.
