A bottle of Yuzu Gin Batch No.2, a London dry gin flavoured with vacuum-distilled yuzu peel and bottled by That Boutique-y Gin Company.

This is bottle number 1350 of 3000.

Yuzu is a citrus fruit native to China and popular in both Japan and Korea. It looks like a small grapefruit with uneven skin and can be either yellow or green depending on the degree of ripeness.
