Description

A bottle of Delva Old Jamaica Rhum. This was imported to Denmark, we estimate in the 1940s to 1950s.

The back label reads: Notice R.A.A.C. Chemical tests carried out on Delva Liquors showed them to be within standards of purity prescribed for use by Allied Military personnel.

The lower back label reads (in Danish): This bottling has developed its taste and aroma through half a century. However, 25 years of storage in cask and more than 25 years in bottles have changed the alcohol percentage from the 43% indicated on the original label to 37%

This Delva Old Jamaica Rhum sold at our online auction for £200
