Description

This lot contains two bottles of Courvoisier 3 Star Cognac. We estimate one of these was bottled in the 1940s to early 1950s, and the other was bottled in the early 1950s.

One bottle carries a royal warrant to HM King George VI, and the other carries a royal warrant by appointment to The Late King George VI.

Condition

Please see images for fill level and label condition. Note wear to the labels and capsules.

Note the absence of a condition statement does not imply that this lot is in perfect condition or free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of ageing. Older bottles often contain small amounts of sediment.

This bottle does not appear to be leaking. While we take every care to pack bottles securely we cannot guarantee that old corks and closures will not leak in transit.
