Description

This lot contains two bottles of Gordon's Shaker Cocktails, sealed with spring cap closures. We estimate these were bottled in the 1940s to early 1950s:

1 x Gordon's Dry Martini Cocktail, no size stated, 23.4% ABV

1 x Gordon's Fifty-Fifty Cocktail, no size stated, 26.2% ABV

The labels carry royal warrants by appointment to HM King George VI.

Gordon's was a pioneer in the cocktail scene, launching the first Cocktail Shaker bottle in 1924 in response to the growing trend of cocktail parties but people not being sure how to make them correctly.
