Description

An early release of Johnnie Walker's Blenders' Batch made available to friends of the brand in 2016, and due for general release in 2017.

These 'experiments' were created by Johnnie Walker's blending team, led by Master Blender Jim Beveridge, to demonstrate their total belief in the power of blending. The set originally contained two bottles, only one is available in this lot:

Experiment No. 05 - Major Peat: A smoky, Island-style blend with malts from Caol Ila and Talisker, and grains from Cameronbridge and Port Dundas.

This is bottle number 053 of 501.

This Johnnie Walker Blenders' Batch Experiments 05 sold at our online auction for £160
