Description

A bottle of Queen Elizabeth London Dry Gin, sealed with a screw cap. This was produced by Duncan, Gilbey & Matheson, we estimate in the 1950s.

The reverse of the front label carries a certificate from The Royal Institute of Public Health & Hygiene dated 1958.

Please note there is no size or ABV stated, but this appears to be a 75cl bottle.

This Queen Elizabeth London Dry Gin sold at our online auction for £115

Condition

Please see images for fill level and label condition. Note damage to the label.

Note the absence of a condition statement does not imply that this lot is in perfect condition or free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of ageing. Older bottles often contain small amounts of sediment.

This bottle does not appear to be leaking. While we take every care to pack bottles securely we cannot guarantee that old corks and closures will not leak in transit.
