Description

A bottle of Plantation 2001 vintage rum from Barbados. This was distilled in 2001 and matured for 11 years in bourbon casks in Barbados's tropical climate. From there it was transferred to Pierre Ferrand barrels at Chateau de Bonbonnet for a further 24 month maturation. This was bottled in 2014 by Maison Ferrand.
