Description

A bottle of Plantation 2005 vintage rum from Saint Lucia. This was distilled in 2005 and matured for 9 years in bourbon casks in Saint Lucia's tropical climate. From there it was transferred to Pierre Ferrand barrels at Chateau de Bonbonnet for a further 18 months' maturation. This was bottled in 2016 by Maison Ferrand.
